Those strains that form in the material during the production process are released during laser cutting or punching. This causes a deformation of the parts that are cut out. Yet, this can be easily dealt with it! With the aid of our ARKU machine, we are able to straighten non-ferrous elements that were cut out with a laser or that were punched. All strains are released. Owing to this, the performance of further operations, as bending or welding, is much easier and more stable. Prior to straightening, details must undergo a deburring operation on the Costa MD5 CR 1350 machine.
